Philip Joshua
& Varghese Paul
Founders Philip Joshua and Varghese Paul completed their physical therapy training at prestigious universities in India, where they also taught PT graduate and post-graduate courses.
In 2003 they immigrated to the United States, bringing with them a wealth of clinical knowledge and a passion for hands-on, patient-centered care. In August 2012, they opened Healing Star PT — a practice where every patient would receive expert, individualized, hands-on care.

Healing Star Opens
Philip and Varghese open Healing Star PT in Long Branch, NJ — a practice built on one promise: every patient receives expert, individualized, hands-on care.

A New Chapter
Our second location opened in Eatontown, NJ.

2020
Expanding Our Reach
Our Long Branch and Eatontown locations were consolidated into a larger space in Eatontown, NJ, and our family continued to grow with the addition of several clinicians.

Opening in Freehold
Our Freehold, NJ location opened.
