Neck pain is one of the most common complaints we treat at Healing Star PT — and one of the most frequently misunderstood. Many headaches, including tension headaches and headaches that begin at the base of the skull, originate from dysfunction in the cervical spine. Treating the neck often resolves the headaches entirely.

Common Causes and Conditions We Treat

  • Muscle strain and postural dysfunction (tech neck, forward head posture)

Our Treatment Approach

Our approach combines manual therapy (cervical mobilization, soft tissue work), dry needling for tight muscles, targeted strengthening and postural correction exercise, and Class IV laser therapy for inflammation and nerve pain.
